'Normandy Quartet' discuss the crisis in Ukraine

The foreign ministers of Ukraine, Russia, Germany, and France have begun so-called Normandy format talks in Paris on the Ukraine crisis.

The ministers are expected to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements, including the withdrawal of heavy artillery, TASS reports.

Sergey Lavrov, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Laurent Fabius and Pavlo Klimkin met for the first time after the arrangements for the settlement of Ukrainian crisis at a summit on February 12 by the leaders of the 'Normandy Quartet'.
