'Normandy Quartet' discuss the crisis in Ukraine

The ministers are expected to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements, including the withdrawal of heavy artillery, TASS reports.
Sergey Lavrov, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Laurent Fabius and Pavlo Klimkin met for the first time after the arrangements for the settlement of Ukrainian crisis at a summit on February 12 by the leaders of the 'Normandy Quartet'.
