Normandy Four meet in Paris

Foreign ministers of the Normandy Four (Russia, Germany, France, Ukraine) for settlement of the Ukrainian crisis have met in Paris. It has been their first meeting since the summit of February 12. The ministers were set to discuss realization of the Minsk Agreements, including withdrawal of heavy weapons, TASS reports.
