U.S. secretary of state: Russia is undergoing period of most overt propaganda

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said that Russia was undergoing the period of most overt propaganda. He emphasized that Russia was finding excuses for its presence in Ukraine in misinterpretation or lies, RIA Novosti reports. 

Russia denies all accusations of supplying Ukrainian rebels with troops and weapons, despite explicit alignment with them.
