IRCC wants to form humanitarian zone in Ukraine

 

Red Cross President Peter Maurer has proposed formation of a humanitarian zone in Ukraine to help the population. He will visit Kiev after Moscow to discuss his idea, Gazeta.ru reports.Speaker of the Novorossiya Parliament Oleg Tsarev said earlier that volunteers from Russia would rebuild Donbas.
