German chancellor grows unhappy with pace of realization of Minsk Agreements

German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that all efforts should be put into the realization of the Minsk Agreements. Their implementation is proceeding too slowly, she believes, Interfax reports. 

According to Merkel, the European Union should strengthen security in Europe together with Russia.
