OSCE happy with withdrawal of forces in east of Ukraine

OSCE Special Envoy in the contact group for Ukraine Heidi Tagliavini welcomed the process of withdrawal of forces from the contact line in the east of Ukraine and the ceasefire, Gazeta.ru reports.

She highlighted the process as a positive sign.
