Ukraine does not recognize authorities of Donbas

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that the authorities of Donetsk and Luhansk will not be recognized until the militants put down their weapons and restore the power of the central government, Interfax reports.

Yatsenyuk noted that Russia was hindering the country's control over the border, keeping the territory unstable, preventing the transfer of displaced persons, wasting the money of the country's budget.
