"I was shocked and saddened to learn of the brutal murder of former First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Boris Nemtsov in the center of Moscow. Boris Nemtsov dedicated his life to creating a more democratic, prosperous, open Russia, and strong relations between Russia and its neighbors and partners, including United States, " he said."The United States urges the Russian authorities to swift action to investigate and bring to justice the perpetrators," the US Secretary of State said.In addition, John Kerry expressed his condolences to the Russian people, family and friends of Boris Nemtsov.
