Azerbaijan agreed to acquire three cargo Boeing 747-8 F

Leaders of the Azerbaijani cargo airline Silk Way Cargo, which is a subsidiary of Silk Way Airlines, Boeing and the US signed a contract in Baku on the acquisition of three cargo aircraft Boeing 747-8 Freighter.

A contract worth more than $ 1.1 billion will allow cargo shipment over long distances, including the US and Japan, and in the next year will bring Silk Way Cargo on a par with foreign freight forwarders with a worldwide reputation, President Silk Way Holding Zaur Akhundov  is quoted  by Interfax-Azerbaijan.
