Clerical college to open in Vladikavkaz

The Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) has approved a
decision to open clerical colleges, Interfax-South reports on
Thursday, citing the press-service of Stavropol and Vladikavkaz
eparchies.

The initiative came from the Archbishop of Stavropol and Vladikavkaz
Theophane, who was appointed the head of the college.
