Saakashvili: decision on the supply of US weapons to Kiev is 99.9% ready

The chairman of the International Advisory Council on Reforms for the President of Ukraine, Mikheil Saakashvili, said that the decision on the supply of US weapons to Kiev is 99.9% ready. 

"The main thing that we are seeking from the United States is Ukraine to get a defensive weapon. Almost everyone is on our side, public opinion is on our side. Ukraine getting defensive weapons will be a strong signal in order to save thousands of lives," Gazeta.ru cited him as saying.
