Cooperation prospects of Azerbaijan and Council of Europe discussed in Baku

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Co-Rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee Pedro Agramunt have discussed cooperation prospects between Azerbaijan and the Council of Europe in Baku today, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
