Stanislav Pritchin: "Meeting in Baku will lay groundwork for summit in Astana"

A researcher at the Institute of Oriental Studies, Stanislav Pritchin, spoke about what will be discussed at a meeting of the Special Working Group on the Caspian Sea, which will be held on March 5, 2015 in Baku. According to the expert, the meeting in Baku will lay the foundation for the summit which will be held in Astana in 2016. At the meeting the talk will be about the development of the draft agreement on economic cooperation between the Caspian states, the initiative of the President of Turkmenistan to create the Caspian Economic Forum, acting on an ongoing basis, will be considered, as well as a draft of the agreement on cooperation in the field of transport on the Caspian Sea.
