Does ISIS threaten the Caspian region?

The director of the Caspian Cooperation Institute, Sergei Mikheyev, referring to the security threats and challenges for the Caspian region, spoke about the risks which the Islamic State terrorist grouping could pose to the region, and stressed that the threat can be minimized only through joint efforts.
