The Georgian government was not prepared to fight against the conditions in which they were put by external and internal factors, Georgia’s Parliamentary Speaker David Usupashvili said in his speech at Georgetown University in Washington yesterday.

"I cannot say the economic problems are caused only by external factors. This is a complex mix of internal and external problems. The government was not ready for such developments," News - Georgia cited him as saying.
