Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that U.S. President Barack Obama’s statement on the assassination of Boris Nemtsov should stay on his conscience, TASS reports.

Obama related the murder of Nemtsov to the worsening of the socio-political climate in Russia, where civil society, independent journalists and people trying to make contacts on the internet felt threatened and restrained.
