Iranian foreign minister calls Obama’s statement on freezing nuclear program inappropriate

 

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that U.S. President Barack Obama’s proposal to freeze the Iranian nuclear program for at least 10 years was inappropriate. He added that such terms would never be accepted, Reuters reports.Obama said that the final agreement on the nuclear program of Iran would be possible if Iran froze it for at least 10 years to prove its peaceful nature.
