Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that he had met with the plotters of his assassination and denied feeling antipathy towards them, RIA Novosti reports.

Kadyrov admitted that the plotters, including two suicide bombers from Dagestan, had been detained several times. One of them explained that he had no father, had a sick brother, a mother losing her eyesight and in need of 50,000 rubles for surgery.

The Chechen leader met yesterday with Zelimkhan Magomadov, the emir of the plains of the republic, and persuaded him to surrender. Kadyrov said that his fate was in the hands of God, so he wanted to ask Magomadov about his motives.
