German foreign minister sees improvements in Ukraine

 

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier believes that both sides of the Ukrainian conflict were demonstrating commitment to realization of the Minsk Agreements, TASS reports.Further steps in the settlement process will be discussed in Berlin on Friday in the Normandy Four Format attended by deputy foreign ministers and state secretaries. Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Heidi Tagliavini will be among the attendants.
