Azerbaijani president expresses condolences to Afghan counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed condolences to his Afghan counterpart Ashraf Ghani today due to the death of 278 Afghan citizens in the natural disaster in the northeast of the country, Trend reports.
