Karasin: Kiev's maneuvers drawing away from Minsk agreements

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said that Kiev's maneuvers on "some peacekeping operations" are drawing away from implementing the Minsk agreements.

"It is regrettable that all the initiatives that Kiev proposes at international platforms completely exclude the participation of Donetsk and Luhansk in these processes," he added.

"The political process regarding constitutional reform in Ukraine has still not been started," Karasin said.
