Azerbaijan to lower prices for medicines

The Azerbaijani authorities plan to take measures to lower prices for medicine by boosting production of medicine in the country, head of the parliamentary committee for social policy Khady Rajabli announced today. 

As an example, Rajabli said that iodine could be produced in Azerbaijan, making it unnecessary to import it.
