Air strike on Islamic State-run refinery in Syria kills 30 people

An international coalition air strike in Syria has hit an oil refinery run by the Islamic State militant group near the border with Turkey, killing 30 people.

There are IS militants and factory workers among the dead.

The factory is located to the northeast of the city of Tel Abyad, Trend reports.
