Avalanche risks remain in Dagestan

The Dagestani Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Management has warned about avalanche risks in highland areas from 6.00pm on March 9 to 6.00pm on March 10. Drivers were asked to postpone long trips, avoid avalanche trigger zones and be vigilant, RIA Dagestan reports.
