Militant recruiters eliminated in Azerbaijan

 

Zulfugar Ibragimov, Mubariz Mirzaliyev, Shamseddin Abdullazadeh and Vugar Aliyev recruiting citizens to join the ranks of militants in Syria have been detained in the Tartar District of Azerbaijan. A local informed the police about attempts of the group to recruit his under-aged son, Trend reports.Besides recruiting, the suspects were promoting religious intolerance and extremism. The police found an SMG, 800g of explosives, 9 hand grenades, 170 rounds, illegal religious literature and CDs and other items added to the evidence collection.The police are investigating their contacts and searching for other recruiters.
