Chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to visit Azerbaijan in April

A delegation of the Committee of Ministers headed by the chairman of this structure, Belgian deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs Didier Reynders, will visit Azerbaijan in April.

The diplomat said at the 'Cooperation in Energy and Beyond' international conference in Brussels that "two Belgian delegations are to visit Baku in April - one is trade-focused, and I will lead the other as the chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe" AzerTAc cited the minister.

Reynders said that bilateral relations between Belgium and Azerbaijan are in excellent shape, including construction, healthcare and solar energy sectors.

Speaking at the conference, the Belgian foreign minister expressed confidence that the event contributes to the creation of new opportunities to increase trade and investment between Belgium and Azerbaijan.
