Erdogan: Fidan's reappointment is legal
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe reinstatement of Hakan Fidan as Turkey's intelligence chief is legal, Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in response to the statements of opposition politicians who criticized the reinstatement of Fidan, claiming it was illegal.
"There is no legal obstacle to his return to his previous post," Trend cites the President.
On March 9, Hakan Fidan again received the post, after he had resigned from his post as head of Turkey’s intelligence agency on March 6 to participate in the upcoming general elections, which are scheduled for June 7.
