Putin to meet with Kyrgyz leader Monday

Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with his Kyrgyz counterpart, Almazbek Atambayev, in St. Petersburg on March 16.The two leaders will discuss key issues of further consolidation of Russian-Kyrgyz cooperation, mainly in the trade, investment, cultural, humanitarian and energy fields," TASS cited the Kremlin press service.


"Putin and Atambayev will also focus on Kyrgyzstan's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union," the press service noted.
