Kabardino-Balkaria to have 6% budget deficit

The government of Kabardino-Balkaria has considered the state budget project for 2011, presented by the Finance Ministry of the republic, Interfax reports.

Finance Minister Azret Bishenov reported that the income is planned to reach 20.123 billion rubles, expenses – 21.419 billion rubles. The deficit will be 1.296 billion rubles, or 6%.

The income should increase by 4.1%. The republic’s own income will be the same as in 2010, and the grants from the federal budget will rise by 8.4%. Grants to balance the budget will be reduced by 672 million rubles.
