U.S. to assist Syrian opposition with $70 million

The U.S. Congress is considering aiding the Syrian opposition with about $70 million, Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated. The overall aid the U.S. government has provided Syria will reach $400 million, TASS reports.
