Moscow and Ankara have agreed on cooperation in the field of security infrastructure. A meeting took place of the Minister of Emergency Situations of Russia, Vladimir Puchkov, and the Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey, Numan Kurtulmush, at which the parties agreed to enhance cooperation in the field of risk management, including for major infrastructure projects.

 

 

The parties also agreed to organize close cooperation between the services of the two countries for the implementation of safety of the lives of the population of Russia and Turkey in the framework of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.

 

 

An agreement was reached on the simplification of rules of information exchange of the National Center for Crisis Management in Russia and the respective centers in Turkey in the event of accidents, accidents with serious consequences and other issues, and helping people in distress, as well as their families and friends.
