This was stated by Prime Minister Li Keqiang during a press conference after the third session of the National People's Congress (the supreme legislative body of the country) of the 12th convocation.

"With regard to the problem of Crimea, its causes are complex, we hope that it can find a political solution through dialogue," he said.
