Baku prepares for Nowruz festival

Baku will host the second International Nowruz Festival on March 20-23. It will be attended by masters of arts of Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

There will be a festival market in the city center, where souvenirs, folk arts and crafts, movies and traditional food will be presented, Novosti-Azerbaijan reports with reference to the administration of the Icheri Sheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve.

In addition, performances of pantomime actors, tightrope walkers, musicians and wrestlers are planned.
