Kabardino-Balkaria to spend 38 billion rubles on construction of three hydro power plants

 

Kabardino-Balkaria will spend 38.49 billion rubles to build three hydro power plants by 2030, making the republic self-sufficient in energy, Interfax-South reports.The republic produces 33% of the needed energy at the moment. The plan to build the three power plants was sent to the Russian Energy Ministry in 2014.
