Another refinery to be built in Turkey by 2023

The Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) will build an oil refinery in the southwestern province of Hatay, which borders on Syria, a member of the executive board of directors Besim Sisman said.

“A new refinery is expected to be built by 2023. The cost of the project has not been announced yet."
