Is the West tired of paying for Ukraine?Ukraine receives billions of aid from the West, but provides nothing in return, a correspondent of Die Welt, Edward Steiner wrote today. "Ukraine asks for more money from the West and receives them. In response Kiev refuses to conduct reforms and has already said that would not be able to pay off the debts," the journalist writes.According to him the Orange Revolution of 2004 brought hope that Ukraine might go through some "fundamental transformation", but the results are disappointing. According to him, the system has remained and oligarchs are still in power. One of the leading examples of this trend is Igor Kolomoisky, one of the richest people in the country who became governor in 2014 and currently cotrols two regions in Ukraine.
