Social polls coincide with referendum results in Crimea

Vladimir Jabarov, deputy head of Russia’s Federation Council committee for international relations, said today that social polls conducted by Western companies in Crimea coincided with the results of the Crimean referendum in March and would sooner or later force the West to recognize it as a Russian territory, TASS reports.The senator added that Crimea did not want to return under Kiev’s governance. Jabarov noted that improvement of the socio-economic situation in Crimea would only encourage more people to advocate its annexation.
