Putin expresses condolences to Merkel over Germanwings plane crash

Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed condolences to German Chancellor Angela Merkel over the crash of a Germanwings A320 with 144 passengers and 6 crew members in the French Alps, the Kremlin reports.
