Donetsk rebel leader says Kiev provokes counterfire

Alexander Zakharchenko, the rebel leader of the Donetsk Oblast, said that provocations of the Kiev authorities after signing the truce in Donbas are continuing. He said that Colonel-General Alexander Lentsov, an official of Russia at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime, came under fire in the Shirokino District today, TASS reports.
