The Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte will not visit Moscow at the festive events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Bert Koenders also refused to visit Moscow on May 9. 

Earlier, media reported that Rutte would visit Moscow on May 9, but this does not match the government information, RIA Novosti reports.
