New witness of Nemtsov killing

27-year-old manager Yevgeny was just behind Memtsov and Duritskaya at the time of the accident. The man was wearing headphones, so he didn't hear the shot and didn't see the attack. When Yevgeny looked at the road, he noticed "a whole group of people instead of a lone pair," an article in Kommersant says.

"This man (Boris Nemtsov), who went earlier with his companion, was lying on the sidewalk near the bridge railings. His girlfriend (Anna Duritskaya) stood beside him, and another man (the alleged killer) jumped over the barrier, which separated the sidewalk and the roadway of the bridge," according to the publication.

The man was of medium height, slim, with dark medium-length hair. He wore no jacket, only blue jeans and a baggy dark sweatshirt with a hood. This description does not match the appearance of Zaur Dadayev.

Kommersant writes that Dadaev's lawyers plan to use these inconsistencies in the testimony of the defendant as evidence of Dadaev's innocence in the murder.
