Azerbaijani president promotes personnel of National security Ministry

 

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has promoted Elchin Aliyev, deputy minister for national security, Farhad Vakhabov, the chief administrator of the Ministry for National Security, and Veli Aleskerov, the minister for national security of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, to lieutenant-general, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.Vugar Allahguliyev was promoted to major-general.
