Azerbaijan's SOCAR and US's KBR to create joint venture

SOCAR (the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) and the US service, engineering and construction company KBR will establish a joint venture for the provision of engineering services, including engineering design. The joint venture will also carry out construction projects related to geological exploration, production and refining of oil, its transportation, and the re-processing of petroleum products, news portal Tradearabia.com reports.

In addition, the company office, which will be located in Baku, will prepare all the technical requirements associated with all phases of the project, including project management, supervision of contracts, planning and Privacy Policy.
