Norwegian delegation to miss Moscow Victory Parade

None of the members of the Norwegian government will arrive in Moscow to take part in the V-Day celebrations on May 9, Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende said.

According to the minister, the presence of Norwegian government officials at the V-Day Parade would be a "wrong signal" concerning Russia’s violations of international law and destabilization of the situation in eastern Ukraine," Gazeta.ru reports.
