Fatal explosion at Iranian military base

A number of people have been killed in an explosion at a military base in west Iran, Associated Press reports.

According to Fars the explosion happened at the Horamabad base, 500 km south-west of Tehran. The explosion was probably caused by a fire at a munitions warehouse.

According to Mashreghnews.ir, 12 people died and 20 were injured.
