Police identify Istanbul suicide bomber

Turkish police have identified the attacker on the Istanbul Police HQ as Elif Sultan Kalsen by his fingerprints, Trend reports.

As Vestnik Kavkaza reported that yesterday law enforcement officers disarmed a woman with a bomb and arrested her two accomplices.
