Emil Mustafayev remains acting chairman of International Bank of Azerbaijan

 

Shareholders of the International Bank of Azerbaijan have re-elected Emil Mustafayev as the active chairman of the country’s largest bank. The chairman’s post has been vacant since the resignation of Jahangir Hajiyev on March 18, 2015, due to health problems, Trend reports.Hajiyev had been heading the bank since March 2001.The Ministry for Finances expressed readiness at a session of the Monitoring Council on March 18 to support development of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
