International Bank of Azerbaijan raises capital by 30%

The International Bank of Azerbaijan has decided today to increase the charter capital by 200 million manats to 890 million manats. The report recommended by the audit committee has been given approval. The banks income of 25.5 million manats gained in 2014 has been left undistributed, Trend reports.The International Bank of Azerbaijan was founded in January 1992. The government owns 50.2% of its shares, the rest belong to individuals and legal bodies.
