Novak: Oil prices should be stabilized following lifting of sanctions against Iran

Markets have taken into account the possibility of lifting sanctions against Iran long time ago, there should not be strong fluctuations in oil prices. Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak expressed this opinion.
