South Stream may cost over 10 billion euros

The fund of the gas pipeline "South Stream' might exceed 10 billion euros, the executive director of the project Marsel Kramer said, RIA Novosti reports.
He also said that the feasibility study of the sea part of the pipeline has been finished, and everything is ready to start the land feasibility study.
